Oversee daily operations of Spa treatments, Reception services, and Recreation facilities.

Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of spa, reception, and recreation facilities include equipment, and other amenities to create a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about spa services, steam treatments, packages, and pricing. Answer inquiries about amenities, facilities, and special promotions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Ensure all areas operate efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with Lumeira’s philosophy.

Monitor guest flow, booking schedules, and service delivery to maintain smooth operations.

Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) for operational synergy.

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in all operational areas.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure warm welcoming and professional atmosphere across Spa, Reception, and Recreation areas.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their visit.

Address any customer concerns, feedback and complaint alike promptly and professionally, and address the matters to director of operations.
