Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or a related service environment is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor, Spa Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of spa treatments, services, and operational procedures.
• Service-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
