Job summary
Accor’s Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage bookings, data entry, and guest communications with a focus on accuracy and professional service. You will collaborate with front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy and provide market insights.
The role requires 1–2 years in customer service within hospitality, proficiency in PMS (Opera Cloud), and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with PMS like Opera Cloud or similar reservation systems.
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone manner.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple reservations simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Process reservations, entries, modifications and cancellations with accuracy.
- Enter data accurately and maintain reservation records.
- Communicate with guests regarding inquiries, confirmations and requests.
- Collaborate with front office, sales, and marketing to provide market feedback.
- Support revenue management by monitoring occupancy trends and forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain reservation reports for management.
