Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Officer (Daily Worker) to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, handle requests, and ensure memorable stays with personalized service and warm hospitality.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, assisting with inquiries, coordinating with departments, and upholding service standards. The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, weekend/holiday flexibility, and a professional, guest-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Flexible and reliable to work on a Daily Worker basis.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide personalized assistance and excellent service to guests throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with VIP guests, special occasions, and special requests.
• Conduct guest follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and other Front Office activities when required.
• Support guest engagement activities and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and service records in the hotel system.
• Ensure all guest interactions follow the hotel's service standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming presence in guest areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Guest Relations Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
