Job summary

Bobobox Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun, is seeking a guest services and housekeeping teammate. You will greet guests, confirm reservations in the PMS, collect IDs, and ensure registration forms are completed accurately.

You will lead cleanliness of pods and public areas, ensure cleaning kits and trolleys are stocked, and be flexible with shifts to handle urgent matters.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel/resort.
• Willing to work on shift schedules and outside hours when needed.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm reservations into the PMS system.
• Ask for guest ID and ensure registration form is filled correctly.
• Follow instructions of Cabin Branch and duties.
• Lead cleanup and tidiness of Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is loaded.
