Job summary

PT Rickisa Sea Adventures in Bali is seeking a dedicated guest services supervisor to join our dive center. The role requires relocation to Nusa Lembongan and is an in-house position within the tourism operations.

You will welcome guests, sell activities and retail, process payments, handle guest requests, and organize daily transport bookings, with responsibilities expanding to admin tasks and monthly vendor payments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience
• University Degree
• Fluent in English and presentation
• Able to work on computers comfortably
• Skills in Excel, Word, email and the internet
• Willing to work extra hours. This is not a 9 to 5 job

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and check-in daily guests
• Selling all types of activities and retail
• Collect payments and register all incomes
• Administering claims and guest's requests
• Organizing daily transportation bookings
• Welcome guests and respond to their questions
• Sale of all types of activities and retail
• Resolve conflict or escape to management
• Register and arrange bookings
• Arrange and arrange payments
• Arrange and pay monthly bills to suppliers
• Arrange and pay staff salaries
• Manage all administration
• Responsible for petty cash, registering all income and costs on the system
• Generate daily financial reports
• Manage logistical orders and supplies
• Keep the office clean and precise at all times
• Keep track of the staff's absences from work and request the necessary documents to justify the absences
