Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Cabin Staff member for Sumba to handle front desk and housekeeping duties in a multirole capacity. You will greet guests, manage reservations in the PMS, verify IDs, and ensure proper registration.

You will lead cleanliness for the pods and public areas and maintain cleaning kit stock, working per branch instructions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in housekeeping or front office within hotels or resorts, are willing to work shifts, and present a neat, well-groomed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel or resort.
• Willing to work on shift schedules.
• Willing to work outside regular hours for urgent matters.
• Neat appearance and well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about reservations in a proper manner.
• Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS system.
• Request guest ID and ensure registration form is correctly filled.
• Perform duties according to Cabin Branch instructions.
• Lead cleanliness and tidiness of Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas).
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolley is loaded.

To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner

Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system

Ask for the guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form is filled correctly

To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Cabin Branch

Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area)

Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded.

You will fit in this job if you:

Relevant work experience in Housekeeping /Front Office department at a hotel/resort property for min.1 year

Willing to work on the shift schedule

Willing to work outside time schedule if there are urgent matters

Neat appearance & well groomed
