• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as role model.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Ensure checks from outlets are billed to the guest room and that room charges are accurate.
