Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year working in a guest-facing hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in/check-out and assist with room keys and cashiering.
• Promote facilities, dining options, and services to guests.
• Provide special touches for VIPs and repeat guests.
• Answer guest questions and coordinate with departments to resolve requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and privacy.
• Handle calls, messages, and mail professionally and confidentially.
• Attend briefings to stay updated on services, facilities, and safety procedures.
