Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Additional languages or local dialect knowledge is a great plus.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the main entrance and assist with doors.
• Manage the driveway and assist guests with opening/closing car and taxi doors.
• Keep the entrance and baggage room clean and welcoming.
• Handle baggage pick-ups and deliveries promptly and professionally.
• Provide helpful information and assistance to guests whenever they need it.
• Remember guests' names, especially regulars and long-stay visitors.
• Greet guests as they move through the lobby and maintain a personal touch.
• Keep the Duty Log up to date with assignments and important matters.
• Alert Security or the Duty Manager if anything suspicious is spotted.
• Adhere to fire and life safety procedures and maintain punctuality.
• Present a clean, complete uniform and good personal hygiene.
• Be ready to pitch in with other tasks as the team needs.
