Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure
• Help carry, and store guest luggage
• Transport and pick up guests using hotel vehicles
• Ensure hotel vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for use
• Arrange and maintain the lobby, entrance, and drop-off areas
• Provide basic information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Handle guest requests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
• Coordinate with Front Office and related departments
• Maintain personal grooming, cleanliness, and follow hotel SOPs
