Job summary

Mason Adventures Bali seeks a Guest Relations Officer with a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations, or related field. You should have 1–2 years in guest relations, front office, or customer service, and excellent English communication.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and guest-oriented, able to handle complaints with poise and build strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• 1–2 years in guest relations, front office or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving; handle guest complaints professionally.
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Ability to build relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for guest experiences.
