Marriott Hotels is seeking a team-oriented individual for a supervisory role in our dining services. You will ensure staff coordination, maintain grooming standards, handle opening and closing duties, and oversee inventory and cleanliness across dining areas.

Responsibilities include assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff coaching while upholding safety policies and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related work experience preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties, set up supplies, clean equipment and areas.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness.
• Complete inventories and stock requisitions; monitor dining room service and safety.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team to meet goals; listen to concerns.
