Job summary

PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia in Jakarta is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Manager to shape our strategic direction through data-driven insights and strong operational execution. You will lead a team of analysts, work closely with C-level leaders, and drive growth across ID Stocks, Mutual Funds, and US Stocks while embedding a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will mentor talent, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and collaborate with Marketing,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably fintech/tech.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership with mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and statistical analysis.
• Deep understanding of the fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact growth initiatives across ID Stocks, Mutual Funds, and US Stocks with C-level partners.
• Drive data-backed solutions from analyses to cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, and BI teams.
• Own strategic projects from 0-to-1 to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
