Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic planning or operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities to derive insights.
• Proven project management across scopes and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A collaborative mindset with cross-team relationships.
• Proactive problem-solver with fintech interest.
• Interest in investment products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive strategic initiatives to improve operations.
