Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Product Manager to own a product vertical within our growth domains such as transport, accommodation, or platform. You will work with engineering, design, QA, commercial, operations, and other product teams, reporting to domain leadership.

You will help define strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes with a strong customer focus. You will translate strategy into measurable initiatives, collaborate across squads, and drive delivery while monitoring performance and health

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong product sense and customer-focused thinking.
• Data-informed decision making with ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
• High ownership and bias for action in driving outcomes.
• Team player who collaborates across functions and stakeholders.
• Open to feedback and quick to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Inform product direction through understanding customer needs, business goals, and competitive landscape.
• Drive continuous discovery using user research and data to identify and prioritise opportunities.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and collaborate with engineering and design.
• Test hypotheses early and validate ideas before scaling.
• Monitor product performance and address issues post-launch.
• Coordinate with adjacent teams and external partners to align dependencies.
