Job summary

PT Media Indonusa (Jakarta) is looking for a client relations specialist with 2–3 years of experience to strengthen relationships with key accounts and drive business growth. You will train clients on using our services and monitor transaction data to identify growth opportunities.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, English and Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Client Relation, Partner Engagement.
• Strong analytical in Excel, Power Point

Responsibilities

• Develop a relationship with key accounts and growth existing clients
• Responsible for the grooming clients and ensure for business growth opportunities.
• Ensure for the timely and succesful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
• Responsible for first training (if needed) of how to use our services
• Building a great relationship with clients
• Monitoring transaction data for every LIVE merchant for business growth opportunities
