Grab is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead to drive long-term efficiency and growth of its logistics network. You will connect raw data to executive decisions, owning FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and P&L impact while shaping regional logistics strategy.

You will partner with Finance and Data Science to build robust models, dashboards, and scenario analyses that inform budgets, forecasts, and network changes.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics (e-commerce or logistics preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modeling, FP&A budgeting/forecasting, and P&L drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Own supply-chain FP&A rhythms: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and action planning.
• Lead strategic growth support: business cases for product category expansion and network optimization.
• Design and refine pricing and subsidy structures with cost-to-serve and margin considerations.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to define metrics and build dashboards for real-time monitoring.
