Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Banking Sales Associate to acquire NTB customers in Jakarta and surrounding branches. You will help grow customer base, balance, and revenue through referrals, offline exhibitions and MGM programs.

You will proactively approach in-segment prospects, understand their financial needs, present UOB's products, and identify cross-selling opportunities, including investment products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable university; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Mandarin speaking preferred.
• Good English communication (written and conversational).
• Highly motivated with curiosity to learn banking industry and be adaptable.
• Willing to be placed in different branches within the same city.

Responsibilities

• Acquire NTB customers for Retail Bank at designated location to increase customers, balance and revenue.
• Proactively approach in-segment prospects to identify needs and promote UOB products.
• Provide product information outlining features and benefits to prospects.
• Identify investment cross-selling opportunities and sell other products.
• Assist prospective clients in all account opening process and maintain relationships for referrals.
