Job summary

PT. Bintang Jaya Unggul Sentosa is seeking a proactive, commercially minded professional to grow sales, lead a small team, and improve operations across education and accommodation services. You will supervise projects, develop new products, and drive enrolments and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate classes, schedules, and teacher assignments while providing occasional teaching cover. Strong English communication and ability to work with clients, students, and partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., Business, Education, Marketing, Finance).
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and coordinate a team.
• Experience in education services or related fields is preferred.
• Strong sales capability with target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication with clients, students, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and client retention through lead generation and presentations.
• Lead a small team, supervise projects, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate education operations: classes, schedules, and instructor assignments.
• Oversee accommodation services and partner relationships.
• Develop new products or services and take them from idea to launch.
• Monitor performance, report to owner, and resolve routine issues.
