• 5+ years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytics, A/B testing, and CRO expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven growth marketing strategies across channels to drive acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
• Design and run experiments across paid, owned and earned media to identify scalable growth levers.
• Manage paid campaigns (SEM, social) to optimize CAC and LTV; collaborate with product, eng and data teams.
• Analyze campaigns and user behavior to inform strategy and improve funnels.
