Job summary

IBMC seeks a results-driven Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Growth Marketing division. This role directs Performance Ads, CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO, building data-driven growth strategies and accountable ROI across global markets.

You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize CAC/LTV, and report to executives, collaborating with creative, web development, and sales teams in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• 2+ years in a direct managerial or team leadership role
• Hands-on experience across Performance Advertising, CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for reporting and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage specialists across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO
• Develop and execute full-funnel digital growth strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, lifecycle email marketing, and SEO
• Oversee campaign setup, media planning, audience targeting, and ROI-focused optimization
• Guide the CRM specialist in customer journeys, automated drip workflows, and retention campaigns
• Oversee SEO audits, keyword strategies, and content pipelines
• Manage multi-channel digital marketing budgets and ROI
• Own analytics and reporting, GA4 and ad platform data
• Collaborate with creative, video, design, web development, sales and PR teams
