Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an experienced performance marketing professional to lead end-to-end paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels. You will manage sizable budgets with a strong focus on ROAS and CAC, while hands-on optimizing campaigns and driving high-intent conversions.

Collaborate with product, creative and analytics teams to run experiments, build data-driven reporting, and translate insights into investment decisions for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets while maintaining efficiency.
• Hands-on with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, UAC) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with programmatic/DSP campaigns a plus.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic channels.
• Manage and optimize substantial ad budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and cost per order/booking.
• Hands-on campaign execution and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and data/analytics teams to run experiments and improve conversion rates.
• Build data-driven reporting frameworks and translate performance insights into investment decisions for leadership.
• Drive scalable growth by attracting qualified, high-intent users.
