• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate sales results, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
• Monitor key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rate, and retention rate.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them.
• Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, update lead and account information, and manage the sales pipeline.
