Job summary

SejutaCita Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Growth / Performance Marketing lead to design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.

You will lead paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google, optimize landing pages through A/B testing, manage the budget and CAC, and work with product and content teams to boost qualified leads and meaningful metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing monthly ads budget above IDR 100M.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Education/youth market experience is a plus.
