Job summary

PT. Mingyu Kemasan Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Sales Executive to drive business development in the packaging industry.

You will identify market opportunities, build client relations, and design marketing strategies to meet targets in Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Cikupa, Banten, you will conduct market research, present products, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or maximum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with preference for packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and new business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team with a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of local market and understanding of consumer behavior in the packaging industry
• Personal vehicle and driving license (valued)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders
• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract high-quality prospects
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close deals with prospective clients
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to optimize strategy and improve performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-schedule product delivery
• Create regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and business growth projections
