Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to manage and grow ecommerce for one or more brands across Southeast Asia's Indonesia platforms. You will be the brand's main contact, shaping ecommerce strategy and annual plans, and negotiating with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize consumer appeal and brand exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant ecommerce experience on platforms (Lazada/Shopee).
• Ability to develop ecommerce strategy and translate into activation plans.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ecommerce business for one or more brands across platforms in Indonesia.
• Create ecommerce strategy and annual plans for brands; act as main contact and advisor.
• Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand.
• Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure brand success and NMV growth.
• Drive execution of promotions, campaigns, and pricing submissions.
• Ensure brand/store KPIs are met and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support workflow of the team to ensure timely submissions and tasks.
