Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Tangerang to own revenue-driven digital strategies across SKUs, reporting to the CMO. You will coordinate Content, Video Production, KOL, Product, and Performance Marketing to deepen demand and maximize revenue across digital channels.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in digital marketing, including leadership, with proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplace advertising. English proficiency required for business communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of solid, consistent digital marketing experience, including performance-driven digital marketing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or strategic-level position.
• Experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Consumer Health, Sports Nutrition, Supplements, FMCG, or related products.
• Proven track record of revenue-generating campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong ownership for campaign performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies for SKU-level performance and demand generation.
• Lead development, testing, and optimization of advertising creatives across channels.
• Oversee paid digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Marketplace) with testing and attribution.
• Create value-driven marketing strategies reducing reliance on discounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align product messaging with commercial goals.
• Monitor revenue per SKU, ROAS, CPL, CTR and campaign scalability to inform decisions.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
• Report to CMO on performance, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure digital marketing activities align with business objectives and sustainable growth.
