PT ECOLIT KONTRAKTOR BALI is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital strategies in line with company goals. You will oversee channels, content, paid campaigns, and analytics to drive leads and revenue in Bali.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize campaigns and report performance. English communication is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with managerial or team leadership preferred.
• Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Strong lead generation, conversion optimization, content strategy, and KPI knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual marketing plans in line with company objectives.
• Manage the company's digital channels, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other relevant online channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Oversee content planning and production, including social media content, promotional materials, videos, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, online traffic, audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports, including KPIs, ROI, advertising spend, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the digital marketing team, agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and other relevant departments to develop promotions and marketing campaigns that support business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality of communication, and accuracy of marketing materials across all digital platforms.
• Manage online inquiries and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure leads are followed up effectively.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
