You will manage campaigns from ideation to execution, collaborate with sales and product teams, and optimize the marketing ROI. A strong background in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and CRM tools is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing management experience with Indonesia market exposure.
• Bilingual in Indonesian and English.
• Proven success in lead generation, campaigns, and brand development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and market presence.
• Lead generation & funnel growth across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns (digital, social, events, and traditional) to support sales and customer acquisition.
• Strengthen brand awareness & engagement through storytelling, content creation, media exposure, and consistent messaging.
• Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to deepen relationships and increase lifetime value.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
• Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns and channels.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with overall company goals.
• Perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
