Job summary

PT ECOLIT KONTRAKTOR BALI is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan, develop, manage, and optimize the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

You will create monthly content calendars, develop captions and short‑form videos, coordinate with designers, monitor trends and performance, and support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or similar role.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies and content plans aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, including themes, captions, posting schedules, and campaign plans.
• Develop engaging social media content, including captions, short-form videos, stories, reels, and other formats.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely content production and publication.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and platform updates for new content opportunities.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Monitor social media performance including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and company events through social channels.
