Job summary

MoEngage Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to drive account growth and client satisfaction in Jakarta. You will advise clients on effective use of the MoEngage Platform, expand relationships, and champion our solutions across top internet brands.

The role requires 3–6 years in client-facing roles within SaaS, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to unlock value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with clients or managed accounts in technical account management.
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem & app marketing.
• SaaS and B2B experience is required.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and map MoEngage value.
• Ownership of post-sales relationships and growth.
• Champion the product and be an evangelist.
• Empathy for client-facing roles and collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of information security concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer.
• Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEngage Platform.
• Be a Product Evangelist, consulting the top internet companies on their growth.
