Job summary

Lezenda is a digital agency helping businesses grow through web, performance marketing and AI-augmented workflows. You will work alongside the founder to grow client revenue and Lezenda’s pipeline, planning, running and measuring campaigns, and you will help win and retain the clients they run for.

This is a hands-on growth role: you will turn data from ads, sales and website into weekly reports with clear next actions, research markets and competitors, and support proposals, pitches and client

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate, any degree (business, marketing, economics, engineering and similar all welcome)
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers, Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear written and spoken English
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work independently without being chased
• Confident communicating with clients and senior people
• Bonus: familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SQL, or AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own growth outcomes for a portfolio of client accounts: set targets, plan campaigns, and report results
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and marketplaces such as Shopee, with senior guidance
• Turn data (ads, sales, website, customer service) into weekly reports with clear next actions
• Research markets, competitors and consumers to find opportunities worth pursuing
• Support proposals, pitches and client presentations
• Prospect and qualify new leads for Lezenda and support outreach
• Test AI tools and automations that make our delivery faster and sharper
• Coordinate designers, developers and content creators to ship campaigns on time
