Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an Account Manager for the Industrial Division covering the SEA region. You will grow top-line revenue from hydraulic products and solutions by building strong relationships with existing and new customers, promoting our offerings, and ensuring exceptional service.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Support to coordinate sales activities, manage accounts, and drive on-time delivery, margin, and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in direct sales or business development in hydraulics industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ability to create detailed sales plans, conduct trainings, make presentations, and prepare quotes.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and influencing skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans and build a growth pipeline.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and joint sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to coordinate efforts.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets in defined territory.
• Lead new product launches in the region and ensure commercial success.
