Job summary

Dekoruma, a rapidly growing home & living tech startup, is seeking a Marketplace Executive in Jakarta to drive sales on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and other channels. You will manage SKU listings, coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, and monitor performance metrics.

Develop campaigns to grow GMV, track key indicators, and deliver insights through regular sales reports to improve business results.

Qualifications

• Experienced in achieving sales targets and working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Previous experience as a Key Account Executive or Marketplace Executive.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce channels.
• Interest in the Furniture & Home Living industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings (SKU) and marketplace promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and order-related issues.
• Monitor marketplace performance, including GMV, Active SKU Rate, UPT, and Conversion Rate (CR).
• Develop campaign strategies to drive sales growth.
• Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights for business improvement.
