Job summary

Dekoruma, kota Jakarta Barat, mencari profesional dengan latar belakang Sales & Marketing untuk mengelola listing produk dan promosi di marketplace. Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Barat dan menuntut kemampuan mencapai target serta pengalaman di marketplace seperti Shopee/TikTok Shop/Tokopedia.

Anda akan menganalisis kinerja penjualan, menyusun strategi kampanye, dan menyiapkan laporan performa untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan di sektor E-Commerce Furniture & Home Living.

Qualifications

• Berpengalaman mencapai target penjualan dalam lingkungan berorientasi target.
• Memiliki perhatian terhadap detail serta akurasi kerja yang tinggi.
• Pengalaman sebagai Key Account Executive atau Marketplace Executive.
• Berpengalaman mengelola marketplace seperti Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, dan kanal e-commerce lainnya.
• Ketertarikan pada industri Furniture & Home Living menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola listing produk (SKU) dan promosi marketplace.
• Koordinasi dengan tim internal untuk menyelesaikan masalah operasional dan pemesanan.
• Memantau kinerja marketplace, termasuk GMV, Active SKU Rate, UPT, dan Conversion Rate (CR).
• Mengembangkan strategi kampanye untuk mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan.
• Menyiapkan laporan kinerja penjualan dan memberikan wawasan untuk peningkatan bisnis.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage product listings (SKU) and marketplace promotions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and order-related issues.

• Monitor marketplace performance, including GMV, Active SKU Rate, UPT, and Conversion Rate (CR).

• Develop campaign strategies to drive sales growth.

• Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights for business improvement.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Experienced in achieving sales targets and working in a target-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience as a Key Account Executive or Marketplace Executive.

• Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce channels.

• Interest in the Furniture & Home Living industry is a plus.
