Allure Industries in Solo is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, social channels, email, and website.

You will drive performance, manage budgets for ROAS, craft compelling copy, and leverage GA4 for optimization. This role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience and solid analytical skills.

You will work with Sales and Content/Design to connect online efforts with showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ROI/ROAS track record.
• Strong analytics using GA4 and ad managers.
• Understanding of the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Ability to craft compelling ad copies and hooks.
• Awareness of retail/showroom dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, Social, Email and Website.
• Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Create high-converting ad copies and visual direction.
• Monitor campaign metrics with GA4 and ad platforms; run A/B tests.
• Align digital campaigns with offline showroom/retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Sales and Content/Design teams to support goals.
