Job summary

Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and service provider of flow control systems. As a Sales Engineer, you will maintain key customer relationships, solidify purchase agreements, and coordinate with internal and 3rd party partners to drive growth.

You will understand Flowserve operations to enhance selling effectiveness and align with regional sales objectives. You will lead negotiations, present solutions, and collaborate with engineering, service, and manufacturing teams to meet bookings

Qualifications

BS or BA degree in relevant field with 5–7 years of experience.
Sales experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
Experience in oil & gas, power, paper and chemical industries.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Drive bookings to meet or exceed assigned goals.
Maintain regular contact with key customers in the area supported.
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives.
Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings, including proposals and deliveries.
Collaborate with applications engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customer needs are met.
