Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar commercial role, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
• Proven experience in revenue generation, new client acquisition, and managing the full sales cycle within a B2B environment.
• Established professional network and relationships with brands, companies, or key decision-makers, with the ability to develop these connections into business opportunities.
• Previous experience in leading or mentoring a sales team, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
• Leverage existing industry connections to build relationships with prospective clients and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation and client meetings through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to help the team achieve its targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop client proposals and identify opportunities to grow the business, including through the company's upcoming rebranding.
