Job summary

Amarbank is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics lead in Jakarta to drive data strategy, analytics, and dashboarding across marketing channels. You will architect and scale the enterprise MarTech stack, integrate ad data with CRM systems, and enforce robust tracking standards.

You will build automated data pipelines, develop MTA/MMM frameworks, and deliver real-time BI dashboards to optimize CAC, conversions, and revenue across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer data strategy, lifecycle analytics and BI dashboarding to fuel growth and retention.
• Architect, scale and maintain the enterprise MarTech stack across app, web and paid channels.
• Design and deploy automated data pipelines merging digital ad data with CRM and retention databases.
• Enforce tracking standards across campaigns, affiliates and agencies.
• Eliminate manual reporting by creating centralized data models in cloud warehouses.
