PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES is seeking an experienced Group Leader Production to join our Surabaya facility, onsite for full-time operations. You will oversee production teams, optimize schedules, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet corporate goals.

You will lead daily production planning, monitor processes for quality, and collaborate with maintenance and planning teams to reduce downtime while developing staff for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient execution of daily production schedules and targets
• Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards in accordance with company specifications and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with planning and scheduling departments to optimise production workflows and minimise downtime
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development support to team members
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review and analysis
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the production floor
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and schedule preventative maintenance
• Communicate production status and challenges to senior management and other departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Leader Production to join PT TRILLIUN PRIMA SUKSES in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Surabaya facility. As Group Leader Production, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, and managing production teams to meet organisational objectives. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations, directly impacting productivity, quality standards, and operational excellence across our production facility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient execution of daily production schedules and targets
• Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards in accordance with company specifications and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a production leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in production planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Proficiency in production management systems and scheduling software
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards relevant to manufacturing operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
• Indonesian language proficiency is essential; English language skills are preferred
