Time International is seeking a polished Greeter Service Assistant for our Jakarta boutique. You will warmly greet clients, offer immediate assistance, and manage walk-in traffic while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.

If you have 1–2+ years in concierge or front desk roles in luxury retail and fluent English, you’ll thrive here. The role emphasizes impeccable grooming, elegant communication, and a poised demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in concierge, greeting, front desk, host/hostess, or customer service roles in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium service industries.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Outstanding verbal communication, elegant body language, and a warm, poised demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every client entering the boutique with a refined, professional demeanor that reflects the brand's luxury image.
• Offer immediate assistance, creating an inviting, unhurried atmosphere while assessing the client's needs.
• Inquire whether incoming clients have scheduled appointments with specific Fashion Advisors.
• Check-in appointment clients using the boutique’s digital queue/appointment system and notify the designated Fashion Advisor immediately.
• Efficiently manage walk-in traffic, setting polite, accurate wait-time expectations during peak boutique hours.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• 1–2+ years experience in concierge, greeting, front desk, host/hostess, or customer service roles in luxury retail, high‑end hospitality, or premium service industries. Open to fresh graduates with a background in Hospitality, Communications, or related fields
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Outstanding verbal communication, elegant body language, and a warm, poised demeanor under pressure.
• Flawless personal grooming and professional alignment with luxury visual standards.
