Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with proven experience in ride-hailing or transportation.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in driver management, fleet operations, vehicle inspection, or maintenance (EV experience a plus).
• Tech-savvy with data analytics and administration skills.
• Must be able to drive and hold a valid SIM A.
• Willing to work onsite and be actively involved in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver partners to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance of drivers.
• Manage drivers to ensure vehicle utilization and safety.
• Handle incidents with unit assets and drivers daily.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before deployment or after service.
