Save the Children Indonesia seeks a Grant Finance Coordinator to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and donor compliance across the KREASI program. You will influence grant management, audits, and partner oversight while developing finance capacity at field sites.

The role requires strong English, 5+ years in NGO finance, and proven leadership to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure high-quality financial management in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a corporate or NGO environment, with at least 3 years in a management role within a finance department.
• In-depth knowledge of grant documentation and compliance issues.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning skills, including strategic modelling.
• Excellent analytical abilities for complex financial data and MIS.
• Experience with budgeting, budget management and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial systems and procedures; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in managing and conducting audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead a small, proactive team and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to adapt work practices during emergencies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field offices to ensure timely, reliable, and accurate accounting and financial reporting using a risk-based approach.
• Monitor partner budgets vs actuals and coordinate with the KREASI Head of Finance to address gaps.
• Support donor compliance, budgeting, reporting, and grant management.
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure donor and statutory audit requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage sub-grantees and financial interactions with implementing partners.
• Build finance capacity of program staff and partners and provide finance training.
• Maintain relationships with government authorities, donors, and partner agencies.
• Ensure adherence to Save the Children policies including child protection and safety.
