Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the KREASI project's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The role provides strategic financial planning, risk management, and leadership to the finance team.

You will oversee grants management, sub-award processes, donor reporting, and collaboration with program and supply chain teams to maintain strong financial controls and support program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of management experience in finance within NGO or corporate sectors.
• Significant experience in managing institutional grants, contracts, and sub-awards.
• Strong understanding of grant documentation and donor compliance.
• Advanced degree in finance and professional accounting qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the finance function for timely, reliable financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Ensure donor compliance and robust grants management across awards.
• Coordinate audits and strengthen internal controls and risk management.
• Build finance capacity and provide mentorship to the team and partners.
• Support program decisions with financial analysis and strategic modeling.
• Ensure accurate financial information to management, donors, and regulators.
