Job summary

Resindo Group is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of mechanical designs for mining and bulk materials handling projects. The role focuses on conveyors, transfer points and chutes, under guidance from senior engineers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and have up to two years of experience, with interest in CAD, modelling and modern engineering tools. Office-based with mentorship and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Strong foundation in mechanics, machine design and materials.
• Exposure to CAD and conveyor design is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical engineering designs from concept to detailed design.
• Perform calculations, equipment sizing, modelling and prepare datasheets.
• Assist with bulk materials handling systems, conveyors and related equipment.
• Understand layout, access, maintenance and constructability requirements.
• Learn and use conveyor design and modelling software used by Resindo.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentors.
