Job summary

JYX Packaging in West Java seeks a proactive trainee to join our diverse departments and contribute to both operational tasks and cross-branch coordination with our China team. You will rotate across departments or be assigned to a specific area such as Sales, Project Management, or Production.

We value strong Chinese communication, a willingness to learn, and a fresh graduate mindset. Training and mentorship will be provided to develop into a core team member within a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above.
• Good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Indonesian candidates preferred; experience studying in China or working in Chinese companies is a plus.
• Strong communication, willingness to learn, and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotation or be assigned to a specific department (Sales, Project Management, Production, etc.).
• Assist communication and coordination between Indonesian local teams and China branch (daily meetings, emails, translation).
• Engage in actual operational work within assigned department and take related responsibilities.
• Support project follow-up, data organization, documentation, and cross-department coordination.
• Learn company processes, product knowledge and internal management systems to grow into a core team member.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job description

• Participate in departmental rotation or be assigned to a specific department based on company arrangements, including but not limited to Sales, Project Management, Production, etc;
• Assist communication and coordination between Indonesian local teams and colleagues from the China branch, including daily meetings, emails, and work coordination in Chinese and Indonesian/English translation;
• This role is not limited to translation duties. The candidate will also be involved in the actual operational work of the assigned department and take on related responsibilities;
• Support project follow-up, data organization, documentation, and cross-department coordination;
• Learn company processes, product knowledge, and internal management systems, with the goal of developing into a core team member;
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma degree or above, major is not limited;
• Good Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work use;
• Indonesian candidates are preferred; candidates with experience studying in China or working in Chinese companies are a plus;
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a responsible working attitude;
• Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome. Training and mentorship will be provided;
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with different teams.
