Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an experienced L2 Engineer to resolve GPU server and infrastructure faults in a large-scale GPU cloud environment. The role operates onsite 24×7, owning incidents from escalation to hardware-level resolution and handoff to L3.

Expertise in GPU diagnostics, liquid cooling, InfiniBand networking, and RCA documentation is required. Candidates should have 3–5 years in data center operations, hands-on GPU/HPC experience, and strong technical writing skills in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Data Center / infrastructure operations with hands-on GPU servers / HPC clusters
• In-depth GPU diagnostics (nvidia-smi, lspci, PCIe/NVLink, thermal and power)
• Rack-scale NVL72 and server hardware familiarity
• Liquid-cooling systems operation and anomaly handling (CDU & secondary loop)
• NVIDIA InfiniBand and converged networking experience
• Enterprise server & storage fault isolation and vendor escalation
• Strong RCA documentation and technical writing skills
• English & Bahasa language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Performs in-depth fault diagnosis and hardware-level resolution across GPU servers and storage infrastructure.
• Authors Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for every incident with timelines and actions.
• Governs infrastructure changes through CAB; manages change requests and verifications.
• Initiates formal escalation to L3/OEM with complete evidence package when needed.
• Maintains firmware and driver baseline compliance; monitors CVE advisories and OEM bulletins.
• Supports knowledge transfer via shadow/pairing with IOH counterparts.
