Qualifications

• Diploma degree in a related technical field.
• 7+ years in data center operations, HPC, or enterprise infra.
• Hands-on GPU/inf rastructure experience and vendor engagement.
• Experience with mission-critical enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents beyond L2 including firmware-level analysis.
• Manage OEM escalation lifecycle and vendor engagement.
• Serve as primary escalation point for critical infra incidents.
• Provide RCA and preventive action recommendations.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support capability development.
