• 5+ years of experience in GPFS administration and support.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of GPFS architecture, quorum nodes, Network Shared Disks (NSDs), file sets, and storage policies.
• Strong background in SAN/NAS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, and InfiniBand/RDMA protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills within enterprise storage environments.
